Experience & expertise

Industry knowledge that connects the technical and the commercial.

The people behind AVENTRO have worked across the supplement industry — in manufacturing, sourcing, commercial development, procurement and supply chain. That combined experience is what allows us to judge a product as a whole.

Production equipment

Why it matters

Good decisions need more than one perspective.

A formula decision changes the manufacturing route. A manufacturing route changes MOQ and cash requirements. A packaging choice changes shelf life and freight cost. In most projects these decisions are taken by different people at different times. Our experience spans these disciplines, so their consequences are considered together — before they become problems in production.

Combined expertise

Seven areas of practical experience.

  1. 01

    Product & Formulation

Translating a commercial idea into a product that can be made consistently. That includes choosing actives and excipients, balancing dose against format, and understanding where stability, taste or processability will become limiting. The result is a product specification that manufacturers can quote and repeat.

  2. 02

    Manufacturing

Working knowledge of how capsules, tablets, gummies, softgels, powders, stick packs and liquids are produced, and what makes each difficult. This informs which manufacturing route suits a product, what a realistic MOQ and batch size look like, and which questions to ask a partner before production is placed.

  3. 03

    Ingredients & Strategic Sourcing

Experience with raw-material grades, standardisations and supplier documentation, and with the pricing and availability dynamics of key ingredient categories. Sourcing decisions are made against the specification and with supply continuity in mind, not only on the current quote.

  4. 04

    Commercial Development

Understanding how brand economics work in practice: target unit cost, margin structure, MOQ versus cash, launch timing and channel requirements. Technical choices are always assessed for their commercial consequences.

  5. 05

    Procurement & Supply Chain

Coordinating several suppliers, manufacturing partners and logistics providers into one procurement and production plan. The focus is on lead times, landed cost and supply continuity once a product is in commercial production.

  6. 06

    Packaging & Project Execution

Matching packaging formats and components to the product, the filling line and the sales channel, and running projects so that formula, materials, components and production slots come together on schedule. Execution is where most of the value — and most of the risk — sits.

  7. 07

    Regulatory & Quality Coordination

Supporting labelling, documentation and quality requirements throughout a project. AVENTRO coordinates this work with the relevant specialist partners and manufacturers' quality functions; we do not issue certifications or regulatory approvals ourselves.
