How we handle personal data on this website and in email correspondence. Last updated: October 2026.

01

Who is responsible

This website is operated by AVENTRO. The full legal entity details of the data controller are listed in our Legal Notice.

For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at info@aventro.eu.

02

What this policy covers

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website or contact AVENTRO by email.

The website does not currently offer user accounts, online forms that store your data, newsletters or customer portals. We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or marketing-tracking cookies on this website, and fonts are served from our own website rather than a third-party font service. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

03

Information you send us by email

When you write to info@aventro.eu or inquiry@aventro.eu, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, role and the details of your product, project or question.

Please only include the information needed for your inquiry. Product briefs may contain commercially confidential information; we treat such information with care and use it only to assess and respond to your request.

04

Why we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, assess a potential project, prepare quotations, and maintain the business relationship that may follow.

Where necessary to evaluate a project, relevant technical details may be shared with specialist manufacturing or supply partners. We share only what is needed for that purpose.

06

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required by applicable legal or accounting obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Correspondence that does not lead to a business relationship is deleted when it is no longer needed.

07

Hosting and service providers

This website and our email services are operated with the help of technical service providers, such as website hosting and email providers. When you visit the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, so that the page can be delivered securely.

These providers act on our behalf and are only permitted to process data as needed to provide their services. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law.

08

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence or place of work.

09

Privacy requests

To exercise your rights or ask a question about your data, email info@aventro.eu with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The current version is always published on this page.

This policy will be updated before any analytics, cookies, contact or inquiry forms, CRM systems or other tracking technologies are introduced on this website.
