How we work
A structured route from product brief to commercial production.
Every project moves through the same five stages. Each ends with a defined deliverable and a decision by the brand, so nothing reaches production by assumption.

The process
Five stages, each with a defined deliverable.
- 01
Product brief
We review the concept, target market, dosage form, volumes and commercial objectives — or assess an existing product and its current supply.
- Deliverable
- Written brief and initial feasibility view
- Involves
- Product idea or existing SKU, market, channels, volumes, timing
- 02
Product specification
Formula, raw materials, packaging and technical requirements are defined in a specification that manufacturers can quote against.
- Deliverable
- Approved product specification
- Involves
- Formula, raw-material specification, packaging intent, target cost
- 03
Manufacturing route
Suitable specialist manufacturing partners are identified and compared, with cost, MOQ and lead-time implications set out clearly.
- Deliverable
- Compared manufacturing routes and a recommendation
- Involves
- Partner shortlist, normalised quotes, MOQs, lead times
- 04
Procurement & production
Raw materials, packaging and production slots are coordinated and followed through to batch release.
- Deliverable
- Booked production with materials and components in place
- Involves
- Purchase orders, production planning, batch follow-up
- 05
Delivery & continuity
Finished goods are delivered, and the supply chain is reviewed for reorders, cost and supply continuity.
- Deliverable
- Delivered goods and a reorder plan
- Involves
- Logistics, landed-cost review, continuity planning
Working together
What you can expect from us.
One accountable contact, documented decisions and open trade-offs at every stage. The brand keeps ownership of the product and its decisions; we take responsibility for project execution across every partner involved.

Operational note
Through to delivery — and beyond.
After the first delivery we review cost, lead time and stock so reorders run smoothly.
Quality & documentation
Built into every stage, not added at the end.
- Specification
- Quality parameters for raw materials and finished product are written into the product specification.
- Partner selection
- Partner certifications, quality systems and documentation are reviewed before a manufacturing route is agreed.
- Sourcing
- Certificates of analysis and supporting documents are checked before materials are released to production.
- Release
- Batch documentation and release are coordinated with the manufacturing partner's quality function.
